For instance:

• Can schools use CCTV cameras?
• Should they put photos of students on their websites?
• Do school counsellors have to disclose information to parents?
• When do schools have to disclose information to other agencies?
• How much information needs to be collected on school enrolment forms?

Apparently the Minister has stepped in, and so long as the smartphone is mounted in the car (similar to a GPS) , it can be used as a GPS. http://twitter.com/nzrumi/status/4438865633

HI, I agree with you Jill, the classroom is more than just teaching lessons. Teachers are social workers, counsellors, mentors, and so much more. Perhaps schools will find additional revenue by providing the "soft" parts of a classroom setting, for virtual learners.
